To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided.
We do not accept returns for:
Downloadable software or digital products
Services (once rendered or activated)
Products damaged by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
To initiate a return:
Contact us at return@amartechbd.com with your order details and reason for return.
Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or order error from our side.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us at [your-email@example.com].
